The mind body connection has always fascinated me. Competitive sports and adventure travel gave me invaluable insight to this connection and now yoga has added another wonderful layer to this self- discovery. At first it was all about the physical practice but then (and with the guidance of the most incredible teachers) I slowly started to surrender and let the subtleties of the practice sink in. My curiosity grew and there was no turning back.
My hope is to facilitate an experience where you can move, breathe, be yourself and create space and freedom within your own mind and body.
