As a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, I want to help you achieve your optimal level of health. My passion for natural health solutions started at a young age when I was growing up in the Niagara region and looking for solutions to my own digestive and hormonal concerns. My curiosity for health and wellness lead me to pursue a degree in Biology at Wilfrid Laurier University where I graduated with my Honours degree in 2010. It was during this time at university that I started hearing about friends and family who were seeing Naturopathic Doctors. After having a first- hand experience and alleviation of my own health issues with naturopathic medicine, I realized this was the career for me.
Shortly after my first naturopathic experience, I enrolled at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Now I’m fortunate to have a job that I absolutely love, where I get to share my passion for health with others. After 9 years being away, obtaining my degrees, I’m excited to be back in the Niagara region working in the community that I grew up in.
I believe that healthcare is best provided by a team and that increased collaboration means a better outcome for the patient. This lead me to the Yoga Vine Integrated Health Studio where our hope is that by working as a team to combine conventional healthcare and alternative treatments we can make a difference in the health and wellness of our community. I’m excited to welcome my patients into the healing space of The Yoga Vine, where our community has access to this beautiful yoga studio. Yoga has been such an instrumental part of my own wellness journey and I’m pleased when I get to see how it positively affects those around me as well.
As a registered Naturopathic Doctor I am certified with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). I have a general family practice with a focus on hormonal imbalances and digestive health. I look forward to starting this journey together to regain your health, naturally.
