Gentle Hatha is a mindful and meditative approach to opening the body with softness. It is practiced with a focus on the basics of alignment and the evolution of strength and balance. This class offers opportunity for self care bringing forth surrender in restorative stretches. It is suitable for all levels of experience to deepen your practice and understanding of your body.

This beginner friendly 45 minute body sculpt class will build strength and tone your muscles. Mix it up for a total body workout with low-impact exercises and modifications offered for all fitness levels. 30 minutes of conditioning followed by 15 minutes of deep relaxing stretches.

This class is done in the HOT room and starts with an energizing yang practice which builds heat in the body through a vigorous flow. The yang energy is then soothed with deep a deep yin stretch for the second portion of the class. Yin is a quiet, inward practice that uses long, passive holds to get into the deep connective tissues. An absolutely beautiful way to let go of the stress and tension. Some experience is recommended.
