For over 20 years, yoga and Pilates have become a necessary part of Fran’s life in order for her to find healing, stress relief, and increased strength. She was drawn to challenging fitness classes early on in her journey, which led her to becoming a Pilates instructor in 2005. Yoga kept calling her over the years; she felt a strong pull to its educational aspects and was eager to learn more and to become an instructor. Fran completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course in 2019, as well as several Continuing Education courses including Yin & Myofascial Release. She is always searching for inspirational literature as well as workshops to enroll in and believes that in order to be an effective teacher, you must never stop being a student! Fran’s vision is to make her yoga and Pilates classes welcoming, fun, and inclusive and hopefully to inspire others—both on and off the mat.
