Class Descriptions

Gentle Hatha

Gentle Hatha is a mindful and meditative approach to opening the body with softness. It is practiced with a focus on the basics of alignment and the evolution of strength and balance. This class offers opportunity for self care bringing forth surrender and release. It is suitable for all levels of experience.

Slow Flow

A well-balanced, eclectic blend of various styles of yoga, this gentle vinyasa class aims to create a tranquil environment where students are encouraged to move with the rhythm of their own breath and at their own pace.

Power Flow

This 60-minute class is a strong, fast-paced class designed to build heat and strength. This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and develops stamina to uncover the layers within you. Flow with breath to create a harmonious balance between physical strength and spiritual being. Some yoga experience is recommended.

Yin Yang

We start off the class with an energizing yang practice and then spend the remainder of class practicing Yin. Yin is a quiet, inward practice that uses long, passive holds to get into the deep connective tissues.  An absolutely beautiful way to let go of the stress and tension. All levels welcome.


This class focuses on poses that promote relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation. Restorative poses help relieve the effects of chronic stress, including weakness and fatigue brought on by our daily fast paced activities. These poses teach us how to cultivate awareness by bringing our attention to the areas we hold tension and consciously releasing and letting it go.

This is an all levels class, appropriate for beginners and those new to yoga.
