I attended my first yoga class when my children were very young. I was looking for some me time and
some exercise. I found Yoga and I was hooked and I haven’t looked back. I would come home refreshed, relaxed and smiling from ear to ear. Yoga became more than exercise for me. It helped me let go of my busy Mom day, quiet my mind and find a deeper connection to myself. I practiced for years and finally when my youngest hit school age I signed up for teacher training. I completed my first 250 hour Hatha
training at the Yoga Center of Burlington. It was an intensive training with a focus on alignment in the Iyengar tradition. Subsequently I took training in Hot Vinyasa Yoga and Standup Paddleboard Yoga. Currently I teach Hot Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Youth, Teen, and Standup Paddleboard (SUP) yoga. I have 4
wonderful girls who adore yoga and they inspire me every day. I find hitting my mat gives me energy and no matter what is going on I can find myself and inspiration on my mat. Yoga helps me quiet my busy mind and it renews by body and spirit. As a teacher, the goal of my classes is to make yoga
accessible for all. I love to share yoga so everyone can see and feel the magic that the practice brings to your life. Yoga opens your heart and allows you find possibility in your practice and daily inspiration in your life. I am continually looking to bring yoga to all communities. I feel that everyone can find some benefit to coming on their mat. Whether it be to improve fitness levels, compliment and bring more flexibility to a
sport or a general sense of well being for all ages. I look forward to sharing the practice with you.
