Catherine Frechette

My name is Catherine Frechette and I have been a yoga teacher for 4 years now. I received my 200hr ytt in Costa Rica and my yoga Nidra certification in Bali. I also teach full time at the most wonderful school. I live in Beamsville with my better half and our two dogs, we love this little town. I love to travel, read, and hike our two fur babies. The way to my heart is through coffee, wine and music. I look forward to this studio bringing light and energy to our community.
